Day One

Mid morning HOME PICK UP's as we meet our coach and then make our way to Hull for our overnight sailing to Rotterdam. Once on board relax in one of the many lounges or bars, enjoy dinner* in the Buffet or a la carte restaurant, be entertained in the show lounge, catch a movie in the Cinema or have a flutter in the casino - the choice is yours. Once its time for bed head for your en-suite inside cabin with Twin beds and sleep as you sail through the night Cabin upgrades subject to availability and supplements

Day Two

We awake in Holland and enjoy our included breakfast before disembarking and making our way into Germany and to the Rhine Valley where we board Arosa Aqua in Cologne for our 4 night All Inclusive Cruise. We set sail at 5pm

Day Three

This morning (10am) we arrive in wonderful Rudesheim. The magical musical town on the banks of the Rhine is a delight to visit all year round but at this time of year it simply sparkles. Offering a Christmas Market of Nations, taking place in the historic centre with stalls of gifts from around the globe, and the pretty houses and inns are decked with lights and ornaments to add to the festive spirit, and of course today is the day the local speciality - a "Rüdesheimer Kaffee" on the famous Drosellgasse. We set sail at 4pm and head for Mainz where we arrive at 7pm, With 2,000 years of city history, Mainz is not only one of the oldest cities in Germany, but also a place where great history comes alive at every turn. Traditions are also fully celebrated at Christmastime! Be sure to visit the historic Christmas market on the Domplatz. The illuminated and decorated Mainz Cathedral will surely enchant you. We sail again at midnight

Day Four

This morning we arrive in Frankfurt and stay here until late evening, offering much more than the business hub it is known for, between Römerberg and the historic Paulskirche down to the banks of the Main, you'll find one of the most beautiful and oldest Christmas markets in Germany. Regional products such as Bethmännchen, a marzipan pastry with almonds, or hot apple wine are particularly popular along with gifts for everyone and a wonderful festive atmosphere.

Day Five

Enjoy a relaxed morning taking in the wonderful Winter scenery of the Rhine Valley, but don't worry we've one more market for this afternoon. Around 3pm we arrive in Koblenz, another visual and sensory delight. Every year this lovely Roman Town is transformed into a pre-Christmas Paradise, with markets taking place on six of the Towns squares. Artisans offering their wares, the smells of roasted almonds, mulled wine and gingerbread wafts through the air and a must is a visit to Jesuitenplatz to city the cities largest Advent Calendar, colourfully lit in the in the windows of the Baroque Town Hall. We set sail at 9.30pm

Day Six

We arrive into Cologne this morning, disembark and then we journey back to the Netherlands and to Rotterdam for our overnight sailing back to Hull. (Time allowing your driver may squeeze one more European Market in en-route) All facilities and cabin details as per your outward journey.

Day Seven

Arriving back into Hull this morning, we enjoy breakfast before re-joining our coach for the short journey back to the North West, arriving back around lunchtime.
