We travel to Llanberis to join the spectacular Snowdon Mountain Railway for an unforgettable experience, we then enjoy free time in Betws-y-Coed in the afternoon.
BETWS-y-COED & SNOWDON MOUNTAIN RAILWAY - What a treat we have in store for you, we travel to Llanberis where we join the amazing railway that takes us up the UK’s second highest Mountain - Snowdon. Since 1896 visitors have been experiencing this unique rail journey. A true mountain and place of legend, come with us and see exactly why Snowdon Mountain Railway has been described as one of the most wonderful railway journeys in the world. Please note the destination for the 2022 season is Clogwyn Station, which is ¾ distance to the summit of Snowdon, where the open mountainside offers spectacular views to the valleys below and the Snowdonia mountain range.
Please note train is tradition Diesel Train. Following this amazing journey we rejoin our coach and travel over the spectacular Llanberis Pass and enjoy and afternoon visit to the pretty village of Betws-y-Coed before returning home.
