LAKE DISTRICT EXTRAVAGANZA - The Lake District is stunning year round and our day excursion today takes through the very heart of the amazing scenery. Our first stop is Bowness where we enjoy free time on the banks of the largest lake - Windermere. We then follow Lake Windermere northwards passing Ambleside and Rydal Water to our next stop in Grasmere we then continue through to Cumbrian Mountains passing Lake Thirlmere before arriving at the popular Lakes town of Keswick where we spend some free time before returning home.
